Sydney Harbour Specialists all began in 2008 when an experienced 5 star hotel Concierge was inspired to start a Concierge service with a difference. A Concierge service specialising in Sydney’s biggest attraction – Sydney Harbour; and offering the best luxury experiences to explore the beauty of Sydney Harbour and what it has to offer.
With the main focus on private luxury boat charters, the service aimed at providing great insight and professional advice to clients who wanted a unique way of entertaining their clients, special guests, family & friends and VIP’s.
Sydney Harbour Specialists has grown steadily and confidently, creating strong relationships with suppliers and working closely with them to ensure happy clients. It was important to maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing a Concierge service approach to the Sydney Charter Boat industry. We believe it is not just a boat charter it is your personal experience.
With this service approach we have excellent relationships with Hotel Concierges in Sydney who trust Sydney Harbour Specialists with their guests’ boat charter requests. Meet the Team
Daniel D’Amico – Director
Daniel has had a reputable career as a Concierge for a number of Sydney Hotels including the Four Seasons Hotel where he spent most of his Concierge career.
As well as being a Tour Manager for VIP’s to Australia, Daniel was inspired to begin his own venture into a professional Concierge service, and Sydney Harbour Specialists was born.
Daniel is passionate about his work and looks at the finer details to ensure a seamless experience is had on the day.
His friendly and honest nature makes all his clients feel reassured that they will be looked after with true good quality service.
His strong relationship with Concierge friends has made Sydney Harbour Specialists the most preferred Boat Charter company for 5 star hotels. Sydney Concierge trust that the service provided matches the hotel’s 5 star service.
Daniel follows a philosophy that was instilled in him by one of his previous Chief Concierges: “Service is something you can’t see or touch, it’s a feeling.”

Raimundo Campbell – Charter Specialist
Rai is an interesting guy to say the least. Not only can he speak 3 languages but he thinks outside the square and has so much passion in everything that he does.
Emerging from a hospitality background, Rai enjoys getting to know his clients, and has a natural urge to make them feel happy. This is is why Rai is a pleasure to deal with and has clients returning for another special Harbour experience.
Rai is a natural entrepreneur and his drive to succeed makes him a stand out performer when it comes to Marketing. He not only identifies what clients want but ensures the charter industry is represented in a unique and luxurious manor.

Alexia has extensive experience in the events industry which makes her an expert on all types of boating experiences especially weddings events and corporate functions.
Alexia has been working in the boat charter industry since 2010 and has proved to be one of the most respected charter specialists around and has earned a terrific reputation for her professional and thorough approach.
